Chef André Bezuidenhout now at the helm as Chef de Cuisine at Aurelia’s Restaurant at Emperors Palace has a wealth of culinary delights in store for diners.
Field mushrooms consisting of mascarpone, scallions, dried tomato, garlic, shaved Karoo crumble, arugula and bruschetta form part of the new menu.
Beef three ways was a hit at the degustation evening. The dish consists of beef fillet, beef cheek, oxtail tortellini, parsnip, roasted butter samp and beans, sweet corn mousse, baby vegetables and mushroom cream.
