Cyclists of the Albion and Germiston Wheelers clubs get ready to take off to Eden Park Methodist Church.

Three police members, Consts Simphiwe Mthimunye, Lizette Stewart and Malehlohonolo Mahlomi also attended the event in support of International Child Awareness Week.

Three bags of stuffed toys were waiting to meet their new human friends.

Each child received a packet of candy from AMCARE, making their smiles extra sweet.

The children wait in line for their hotdogs, holding their new stuffed animal friends close.

Wendy Barker (left), Hester Coward and Gail Abel kindly donated hotdogs and cold drinks on behalf of the Germiston Rotary Anns.
